Dimpleplasty is a minimally invasive surgical science that mimics the natural occurrence of dimples by creating a permanent adhesion between the cheek skin and the underlying buccinator muscle. At Cosmo Radiance, we perform this entirely from the inside of the mouth using a Precision Punch Technique .
